Absolutely horrible customer etiquette. Lorraine the store manager made no eye contact while addressing my order and was completely rude when asking to repeat what I wanted. She was dispondent and seemed like she did not want to be there.

Recently redone interior makes it feel brand new. (Nov. 2016) Plenty of outlets with USB as well for those always connected or needing a quick charge is a nice touch.
